"The stairs are a concern for elderly. Everything creaks loudly. The single beds were ok. I would have liked room darkening curtains for street lights. The blow dryer wasn't working. There was zero traffic unlike a hotel. It was quiet once I settled in. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Parking was right outside the door and communication was timely."

"Greeted by Ann at the reception desk- she easily went through the check in process in a friendly and positive manner. She is exceptional.
