"Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in den Fotos einsichtig sehr schön, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, 5min von Arta entfernt vollkommen in der Natur und ungestört."

"Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. "The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing...

"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment.
