"Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine"

Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. "What a lovely find! Amazing staff, from the receptionist ( owner) to all the restaurant staff. The room was lovely, warm, had a nice view, confortabile, spacious, had everything one needed! We had a lovely dinner at The restaurant and breakfast was very nice, there was lots on offer and such a good choice! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay. "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"The hotel is fantastic, especially since they have 2 outdoor heated swimming pools with a view of the mountains, they also have an indoor swimming pool.
