"This is the most horrible property we have ever experienced. This place should be closed down and inspected by authorities. There was no one on the property to check us in, we never received any codes for our rooms, no communication was forwarded to us prior to check in, got locked in once we entered the gate as we did not have a code to get out. The contact telephone number was out of service. Once we contacted Expedia, even they were left speechless and struggled to help us to get out. All...

Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared.
