There was no one on the property to check us in, we never received any codes for our rooms, no communication was forwarded to us prior to check in, got locked in once we entered the gate as we did not have a code to get out. "Residenza Dei Ricci was an excellent place to spend a few nights and explore Chiusi and its surroundings. The hosts were welcoming and accomodating in every respect. Breakfasts were great- a varied choice with home made delicacies."
