"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. "The villa was truly magical. It was everything we wanted and more. There was plenty of space for my family of six adults and four children. The location was excellent! We were able to visit the nearby towns of Cortona, Lucignano, Sinalunga and Montepulciano. We also drove to Florence which is about an hour away.
