"We stayed 5 days in this beautiful home. Some minor details need looked at, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful the whole time, great communication. The pool was hot, the backyard was fun, and it's really nice to have a bathroom specifically outside for the pool area. "The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...
