"Lovely need dome up dates to ine of bathroom and need to book pool in advance and maybe some cleaning in-between people's booking fo pool but was wat we needed and enjoyed it so much "

"Living away from the area, we wanted a property that would allow us to bring our whole family together over Christmas, including 12 on Christmas day. Croxton House was the perfect location. Spacious but not overwhelming, a dining room big enough for what we needed, a location. That was rural but not too far from local amenities. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "
