"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

"I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. "We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. We paid for breakfast, but as it was the last morning they would be open, the offerings were slim. We made due with what their was, but an option for an egg would have been nice.
