"The room was exactly as described, small, stairs as described, shared bathroom as described. Some other less positive are really unkind, marking diwn just because they couldn't get a table in the restaurant for example. I wish I had time to stay longer in Chur and Graubuenden."

"Nice stay in a very clean room with a comfortable bed on 4th floor with elevator. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. There are two flights of stairs with no elevator from the street to the reception desk. Hotel is clean convenient to train station and restaurants."

"Fantastic location. We came to ride the tobbaggan ride which was wonderful. Loved the hotel and facilities and Underground parking. Had a meal which unfortunately was very bland and tasteless. Breakfast was good though."

"Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. You are right next to a train line, bring ear plugs as there is no air-con so you will want the windows open in the summer and the freight trains at night are LOUD! Ear plugs fix this though. We had adjoining rooms as a family of 4, this is a great option as the room are spacious, there is a kitchenette however it is not equipped (apart from coffee machine kettle mugs coffee pods and tea bags) so if you plan of cooking you will need to bring pots, pans, utensils etc. just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay again. "

"I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. I noticed other skiers walking down the street in their Ski Boots each morning and night ...we never had to do that. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel and there is a super market down the street to get BEER ,Water and snacks . I will go back again !!! and also ...LAAX is a wonderful resort . "
