"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Ideal spot to stay for a ski trip to Laax. Less than 10 minute drive to the resort. Great service in a classy and inviting hotel."

"We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again"

"I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. "The quintessential Swiss spa experience, the Walhaus melds an old world five-star ambience with 21C spa, culinary and tech experience. The staff is authentic and friendly, from GM to dining room, room service and bartenders. True professionals who want to provide the finest service and they succeed. The food is excellent, if a bit expensive, and the views from the dining rooms, both Epoch and Rotunda are superb. Also good wine lists. "I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. "Alpen Hotel is just a perfectly good, clean, functioning hotel on the edge of town. Good value for money. Warm. Good facilities. Very comfortable, welcoming, accommodating. Really helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay there and would (probably will) go back. It's a short walk to the shuttle bus, so that might put people off (50 yards maybe) but I didn't find it an issue, and worth it for the quality of the place."
