"This house was perfect for our 20-year friend reunion! As the reviews say, the path up to the house is up a windy, one lane road, but we knew ahead of time and rented cars. But, the path up to the house makes the views worth it! Some of our crew even saw a bear on the way up. And, the house had many amenities to keep our crew of 11 entertained for hours. I had lots of questions leading up to our trip about the house and Julia was super gracious and responded very quickly. 100% would rebook here...

It was close to the hospital and it was easy to get to groceries, pharmacies, and other necessities. Even though the rental is right under their home, it feels quiet and restful. "We enjoyed our vintage airstream experience at Asheville River Cabins. The setting right on the French Broad River is magnificent! The only disappointment was that the vintage airstream smells of cigarettes, although I got accustomed to it once inside, with the help of an aromatherapy spray. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had nice dishes and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our French press coffee every morning. "

No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
