"2nd stay (booked 2 days on either end of 12-day coastal cruise), so knew the hotel and its wonderful bkfst buffet. Had a much smaller room this time, but still very comfortable and with an even better view of Bryggen. Desk staff, particularly Inga, very helpful."

"Property, staff and comnplimentary breakfast served every morning was excellent! Right next to the rink but the walk way between the two buildings was closed making it necessary to walk in the rain to get to the arena doors. Also, there is no complementary customer parking. You must pay to park in a City run underground parkade also a block away."

Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying.
