A very charming hotel. As it was off season, I was given an upgraded room which was spacious and had a balcony, not much use in January, but a great vista. The breakfast was pretty standard buffet style with good choices. Nice toiletries, Nespresso coffee maker and comfortable bed. Really pleased with my one night stay.

It would be a perfect hotel, if it werent so hugely overpriced. Over $200 price expects more facilities for the customers, including (at least) disposable sleepers. Otherwise, an excellent location and great food!

Nice comfortable room. Enjoyed the view from our balcony. Limited dining options at Flam, so the next door pub-restaurant was a good choice. Good food Good beer and good service. Hotel can help u with reservations there.

The property was well-maintained, the room was cozy and well-appointed. My only co.plaint is that there was no plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer. We had a corner room with two balconies and a stunning view of the fjord right in front of us. It was magical.

Amazing hotel and restaurant. This was our favourite stay in Norway, after our journey to Flam. The views are stunning, the resturant is fantastic. We had the Viking beer pairing platter which was out of this world.

Room was so charming and cozy. Comfy beds and roomy bathroom. Had a great dinner at the brewpub! It would be nice if check out was a bit later, but at least there’s a nice luggage room.

Great location in Flam
This hotel is right at the ferry terminal and is a very short walk to the Flamsbana train. There is a good choice of dining options on site and we had an excellent free breakfast buffet. The only negative is when there is a large cruise ship in the port, which there was for a few hours of our stay, your view is ruined.

Great location in Flam, rude breakfast rrom staff
Nice hotel with great views as long as the ship is in port. Pub and restaurant excellent. The staff in the breakfast room were very rude however. We were scolded and told we had to pay extra for breakfast sandwiches we planned to take with us. Instead we left it, only for it to be thrown away. Petty and kind of ruined our whole experience. A sign indicating no food can be taken away would have been helpful.
