"This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay."

Continental breakfast was great for the price of free. The only thing worth advising is that there are A LOT of steps to get up to the hotel, and with baggage it is not a task to be taken lightly. "The room itself is very large but the bathroom is small and the shower is extremely small its so hard to fit in especially for anyone over 5"11 and 190 pounds. There also isnt anyone on the property to help you check in.. Our room was not cleaned our first nught but housekeeping came in and opened the windows and it had been raining all day so our clothes got extremely damp and the bed was wet from the rain.
