"This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. "Loved everything about the home. Location was great, the space was perfect for a couple trucks and boat trailer parking. Host had everything we needed and more for our stay. There is even a sweet baby Recteq pellet grill, which is the brand I have at my home and cottage. I felt right at home. The only minor issue we had was the well water in the home. This is a great location, only a short walk or quick ride to all the restaurants, The property has many extras including canoes, grills, pool and a beautiful area for outdoor camp fires and lounging. The owners were quick to respond to any messages and always available for assistance, We would recommend The Ledges to any families looking for a perfect spot to vacation In Alexandria Bay!"

"This home is wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. My daughters were fighting over who was going to sleep in the "secret nook" on the top floor. Both bathrooms were large and well equipped. The kitchen / living room area was huge and made for a perfect area to congregate with family. "It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip.
