"Great stay in a great place. 5-minute walk to Uncle Sam's or the main dock, less than that for shops and restaurants. Jacqueline was wonderful and she explained the message about the place where to go and how. good restaurants etc. That was more helpful. and I received an immediate response to my needs. It was our first time, we enjoyed the stay. She needs to put carpet on the second floor. we could not sleep since we stayed on the first floor. we hear everything from the people above....

"The location is good. The cottage is 1 of 3 in the same house yet the individual units still lend a private feel about them almost like you have the whole house to yourself. "The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!"

"This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats.
