"We could not have picked a better home in Johnson City for our visit to the wineries. Emily contacted us immediately to see if we needed any recommendations for wineries or places to eat. Everything she recommended was perfect We loved staying in Johnson city where we could walk to eat or visit the shops after a day of wine tasting . I have never stayed at a rental that was so clean. "Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. "A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. "Family members stayed here for a wedding weekend celebration. There is a spiral staircase to get to the two bedrooms in the loft area. The “younger” members of our group were given that area to enjoy and to maneuver their suitcases up. Overall a lovely property and enjoyed the stay "

"This property is vacation rental perfection, beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend with two couples. The setting among the fields and trees is stunning and so peaceful. "
