"It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

"My dog and I enjoyed our stay while in town for an event. Lots of beautiful hiking options, local restaurants, and friendly locals to make our stay at Morty Hideaway the perfect weekend getaway. "Had a nice time at hummingbird haven. Tv lost setup at 8:45 Thursday night. Tried resetting router amp with no luck. Also was emergency next door at 6:50 am Friday with strobe lights lighting my room up. But that can happen anywhere, so I’m not deducting for this. Had good hamburger from city grill and goo Mexican food by Brookshiresand good breakfast at granny b."

"Was a perfect place to stay. Nice night life, college atmosphere. Very interesting place not far from Austin. Actually apartment was perfect. The only draw back is parking, was difficult to find a place late without paying for parking. Beside that minor detail everything was great . Gave late check out and very accommodating. "

"Perfect place for our group of 18. 9 tweens/teens, and 9 adults! We let the kids take the large bedroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. We spent so much time in the pool and the kitchen was exactly what this group needed! The house has an eclectic layout, with so many beds and so many couches! For your group that wants to be all under one roof, this place is great!"

"Our family had a wonderful time ! We love the pool area. We brought our tv to watch football under the tent by the pool . We had lots of room to mingle with 32 of us ! We loved the fire pits ! The grounds keeper stop by to take our trash out daily ! He was amazing!! We had everything we needed ! Love the out door lights. It was great having coffee On the porches.. "

"Laird's Hideaway offered a great value for a simple place to stay. It offered a quiet location, easy parking, short drive to lake/dam. Host had excellent response times. Internet/WiFi had a little trouble, but good cell reception for hotspot as backup. Nice shower, kitchen appliances. Good air conditioning for hot summer."
