"All I can say is if you’ve never had the experience at the Ritz Carlton? You need to have one! Yes, I tipped everybody at least 10 bucks for everything they did for me, but you know what? They treated my lady like royalty and they treated me the same way. I have never felt more important for being just an average guy in my life. "We liked that it was across the street from a very good diner that is open all night. It was very close to Spectrum Center which is where the event was we came for. Our room was very clean and it was quiet. Housekeeping was very sweet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a good visit. "
