"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Bar staff were great and the breakfast team in the morning g worked very hard. The only fault I have is the pool area and swimming lessons. Blue protective footwear should be compulsory, as many families are walking around the pool area with outdoor shoes on - I only seen one person putting on blue footwear. Everyone should be made to come through the hotel main entrance and be given blue protective footwear before entering the pool area, not being let in the...

"Not very clean we took a plate out of the cupboard it wasn't washed, a hand towel had a hole in it, kitchen pans was old, no tea towel. "
