"The house was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a generous size and the interior design was "upscale homey". We will definitely be visiting again. If I could make any recommendations: I am not sure if the facility has recycling available, but if they do, there are no clearly marked bins to separate materials from teh trash. And the pool table was a little unever and could be refelted. But overall experience was great. "

"Gothics Eve far exceeded our expectations! Rose is such a joy to be around. We had a last minute need and she had everything prepared for us within just a few hours. We stayed in the Merlot room which was nice! Beautiful bathroom and step down bedroom. Clean, comfortable (the shower was amazing with optional body sprayers. "The property was secluded but only minutes from Ithaca and all we planned to do. Bed was very comfortable and the innkeeper was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay. We will be back when in the area."

"Don’t let the location fool you. It looks to be outside of Skaneateles and technically that is true, but it is 5 minute drive next to the lake with beautiful homes, etc. The building itself is beautiful, old but with a lovely aesthetic. "First time guests, we were up for a long weekend. Excellent facility! Very comfortable, the room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. Great location, near Geneva on the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to the wineries and distilleries around Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake. We definitely plan on staying there again."

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."
