"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"Saubere, einfache Unterkunft in guter Lage in Calpe. Eine Etage in einem ca 7stöckigem Haus, das auch noch anders genutzt wird (kein reiner Hotelbetrieb, Privatwohnungen und im Erdgeschoss Restaurants und Bars) In zwei Minuten am Strand, 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Trotz Winterzeit und Unterbelegung wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Wasserkocher und Zutaten für Tee und Kaffee werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. "Fanatically clean, extremely friendly staff. Although just off the strip noise was a minimum and didn't bother us. The apartment was on the small size but suited us after all you only sleep there and make snacks and morning cuppa. Highly recommended and we will stay there again. "
