"Fine place to stay"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!"

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it was a quite modern looking place in relatively good area just a couple minutes via local transport to city centre. "

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. Thanks to...
