Stunning Sunset Cliffs Oceanfront Modern Architectural Pool Home

"The house was perfect for our group with 1 exception. In spite of numerous efforts to get the pool heater working it did not work and we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were 2 reasons that we chose to stay there as the adults and especially our grandchildren were really looking forward to swimming and soaking. The host was very active in trying to get this rectified but it wasn't to be."

"Alvin was amazing as usual!!! The absolute best host out there!!! This was our second stay in one of his beautiful homes. This home is perfect for large groups. Inside is really spacious and the outside is a kids paradise. I highly recommend that you consider this wonderful home!!!!"

"Property met our location needs, a stocked kitchen for holiday baking and 3 bathrooms was necessary. The master bath tub was awesome for us, but the master shower had only 2 minutes of hot water. "

"It’s right on the boardwalk and just near main street Santa Clara. You are walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, mini market and to the north is PB or to the South to Belmont with the rollercoaster, a gym, shops and activities. With 8 bedrooms and all are king beds, one full plus a pullout if needed."

"We had a big group of family and friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. The pictures almost didn't do it justice. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was great, and the view of the sunset and ocean from the front deck (with a fire pit) was amazing. There was plenty of room, supplies, and even toys for our little ones. Highly recommend! The pool area was amazing and "

"Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again."

"We had a great family wedding weekend at the house. It was very convenient, and had good space for our extended family. and Kitchen and Living Room had plenty of space for gathering.The rooftop patio and fireplace is a nice place to hang out, too. Enjoyed the home!It would have been helpful to have had crib sheets to use, and the necessary tools to change the toddler bed back into a crib. The hardware was there, just no way to attach them. "Very nice setup and location. Would normally rate this very high. However, the kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky. The kitchen cabinets and doors were sticky. Just gave you a bad feeling regarding cleanliness Also was allot of planes and helicopters from the airbase, relatively noisy. But that really can’t be solved by the hotel. "
