"The hotel had essentials that made me very comfortable especially because I wanted to really relax rather than walk around Milan. A very functional Gym, sauna and pool. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They also give free early breakfast to those who request between 4am and 6.59 am. Although you must request the night before. I about it was thoughtful."

"The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."
