"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"this was a great hotel and the best hotel we ever stayed at for a ski holiday. it is a big hotel with a pool and spa, which was great after a days skiing.Food was also great and of a very high standard. we were the only English speaking family at the hotel and there were very few English speaking in the resort so it appeared to me that this resort is a hidden Gem from the Irish and UK market.this is a great place to go for skiing but I would not recommend it if you wanted mad nights out."

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
