"We enjoyed a week of walking and cycling with our two teenagers. This house was a perfect base for us. The house had everything needed for a family to stay for a week. It was very clean and there is lots of space. The views from the balconies are the best we have ever seen from a holiday rental house. The location is great - you can even take a cable car up the mountain nearby and then walk back down directly to the house. There are bike rental shops nearby and we cycled along a very well...

Die Kinder haben sich über die Dusche beschwert, es wird eben ab und zu auch kalt, dann wieder warm. Für mich war es o.k.. Es gibt genügend Geschirr/Gläser etc. für alle. Der Topflappen muss allerdings mal neu, so dreckig und eklig. Kostet vielleicht 4 Euro. Sowas muss m.E. immer blick behalten werden. Der Backofen schreit auch nach einer...

"Everything was perfect, from booking to our stay. The host gave us all the information we needed as a group. The accommodation was just spectacular and we got greeted with a wonderful bowl of fruits and wine. The view from the dinning table was amazing. We recommend and we would definitely book again. Da wir zu der Zeit die einzigen Gäste waren, hat es uns nichts ausgemacht. Aber wer zur Hauptsaison mehr Privatsphäre sucht, dem kann diese Information ggf. nützlich...

All good.

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Walking distance from Kufstein Train Station. Cutting through the shopping & dinning district. Breakfast was excellent. Nice view facing Kufstein Castle. Hotel offer a tourist card which offer free entry to Castle as well as public transport. Will come back again "
