"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines. Rita, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 nights we stayed she cooked us delicious & authentic homemade meals, complete with wine that is bottled on the property. "I miss the beautiful llamas already. The animals were so cute and gentle. They were a plus to see. This place was magical. We arrived and the rain poured down on us but the owner took care of us and when the rain stopped, we walked around to see their gorgeous animals. Our rooms were super clean and it was very quiet. We were driving across the European countries and we really would stay here again. Thank you for a magical stay. "

"Excellent quiet location set away from the city with vineyard views. Outstanding restaurant and character bar - wonderful prices after the bigger cities. Hotel and rooms a little quirky in a good way - only downside is lack of air conditioning when 25C (80F) at night. Easy walk or cycle into town. Secure location to leave cars while exploring city. "Wunderschönes Haus und Zimmer, die mit viel Holz selbst gezimmerte Einrichtung ist klasse. Frühstück ok, frische Brötchen und warme Eier wären prima. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen. Leider sind die Strassen sehr sehr schlecht, so dass man für Ausflüge (Ferrara eigentlich nur knapp 30km weg) mehr Zeit einplanen muss. Fazit: Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr gut. "
