"Overall, gold location, great breakfast, modern amenities, very convenient for bus to everywhere, staff is helpful. The only issue is the windows in our room were broken, couldnt be fixed right on the spot, luckily enough during the night there was less traffic and street noises. "The hotel, its views and location are perfect. Only drawback was that since it is positioned on a main road then it does get noisy with vehicle noise. Since we could not open the windows to add to existing traffic noise, we were reliant on the air conditioning, which is controlled by the main desk so we had disturbed sleep since there was some system installed that would result in the AC shutting down middle of the night. "

"The Orka is located right in the Centre of Fethiye. It was incredibly convenient for the marina, the old town, the promenade and there were many dining options within a few hundred metres. The staff were very helpful when it came to on site parking which is limited but they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little small, but in my opinion still great value for money being so central. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
