"The hotel, its views and location are perfect. Only drawback was that since it is positioned on a main road then it does get noisy with vehicle noise. Since we could not open the windows to add to existing traffic noise, we were reliant on the air conditioning, which is controlled by the main desk so we had disturbed sleep since there was some system installed that would result in the AC shutting down middle of the night. "The Orka is located right in the Centre of Fethiye. It was incredibly convenient for the marina, the old town, the promenade and there were many dining options within a few hundred metres. The staff were very helpful when it came to on site parking which is limited but they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little small, but in my opinion still great value for money being so central. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."
