"The hotel was run incredibly smoothly and with such heartfelt care all the while being very professional. The location was quiet and full of areas to relax yet within walking distance to the sad and abandoned ruins of the former Greek village Kayaköy. We lived this place for all the above listed reasons but for many they will enjoy staying here for the roomy and very comfortable room. The breakfast and the people responsible was spectacular! Evenings are lovely,lots of day ticket customers during the day who seem to be there to get drunk and spread themselves as much as possible. The room had a large terrace, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The beach is a few minutes walk away. "We had the most amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! The place was beautiful, the pool clear and clean and the food was great! Breakfast in the shade of the trees overlooking the sea was breathtaking! My kids also really loved the cats who stopped by for a cuddle! A special mention to Will who was kind, helpful and had great taste in music. It was a delight to hang out in the bar, drink tea, read books, play pool and table tennis. We'll be back!"

"Overall, gold location, great breakfast, modern amenities, very convenient for bus to everywhere, staff is helpful. The only issue is the windows in our room were broken, couldnt be fixed right on the spot, luckily enough during the night there was less traffic and street noises. "This is a hard one. We visited this property twice, as we left it to do the Lycian way then returned. Both times were fine, but the second time a little dog that seems to bark at every person that passes the property barked all night and I mean all night. "We had a very warm welcome from the owner Ali and his staff. Such a quiet location in the lovely village of Kayakoy. Beautifully clean pool and pool area, with a hammock under the trees and a large area of Turkish style cushions in the shade. Rooms were spacious and very clean, with air con.
