"The apartment is located in the heart of historic Ferrara. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Since we stayed for 2 weeks the washer/dryer came in handy. When we arrived Doris was there to greet us and explain how everything worked. The apartment was very clean. "Beautiful, modern and really well-designed rooms. Loved our view of Castello Estense and that we could easily walk to all sights. Breakfast was a very generous and delicious selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. It'd have been nice to have free luggage storage, like in most other hotels - but, admittedly, the paid lockers were another example of clever design. Will definitely be back next time we're in Ferrara and will recommend to others!"
