"I felt pampered from the moment I walked into the condo. The condo was clean and the decor was beautiful, felt comfortable. The view was awesome, a pool right outside and the beach in the distance. Anything I might need was at my fingertips, its as if the owner carefully thought out everything I would need to make our stay great and put it in the condo, so thoughtful. We went on walks exploring the island, my husband used the putting green. We went to hunting island for a day, there were...

"The unit was perfect size for us. The view was beautiful and the beach was easy to walk to. The unit needs a new bed. There was no cable tv as listed, but the internet was fast enough for streaming. The nicknacks took up too much table top space and the dining room table is too big for the unit. These are suggestions, as we really did enjoy the unit, especially the covered deck."

"My girlfriend and I had a great stay here for a triathlon race on the island. It was perfect for the two of us - even though it was warm and when we arrived the lot BR was hot, the air conditioning cooled it off very quickly and it was perfect for sleeping. The outside balcony was breezy and relaxing at the end of a hard race day and we could take an easy shake out walk around the neighborhood. I highly recommend. "

"Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this Pelican Watch home. The sunsets every night were amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed daily walks there. Home was as advertised and would love to stay here again on a future vacation. The only thing I wish is that there was a place to eat on the island that didn't require an amenity card."

"First trip in 40 years that we had rain every day, but still enjoyed being in Kiawah, enjoying family, great food and spending money at the shops in Freshfields. The Villa was cozy and just right for the four of us. The unit was extremely clean, and we enjoyed every minute, although no beach-time this year. But we'll return to this island of heaven again next year, and hopefully many more years to come."

"We had a wonderful week's stay over Christmas week 2024. The property is very comfortable, especially with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We actually had our two grandsons join us for three nights, and they loved the property...and the available basketball courts. Our only suggestion is to indicate in the listing that the property is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with several staircases leading upstairs. All in all, the condo was exactly what we were seeking!"

"You can't really beat this location. We were easily able to walk to Beachwalker park for beach access - very convenient if you're lucky enough to catch the dolphins strand feeding at low tide. Hosts were very responsive when we had issues, which were minor. The neighborhood dock was perfect for sunsets. Would recommend."

"It was a good place to stay but it could have had cleaned cook wear and the fridge and freezer were broken and that stank because we had brought food with us. But other than that it was a lovely stay! "
