"A night's stay in Leamington for £48 with breakfast is fabulous value. The check in was seamless and friendly. The room and bathroom were small but perfectly serviceable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was small but very welcome after a night out! The bar below the rooms was very busy. Fortunately my room wasn't directly over the bar but I imagine it could be noisy. There is a public car park close by costing £3 for 24 hours. For the price, I wouldn't hesitate in staying again. "

It was extremely clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous hospitality tray and full-sized, good-quality toiletries.
