"Excellent service, room and food."

"Room was nice but very very hot and uncomfortable at points during night. Breakfast was disappointing as breakfast stotties ordered and one was cold and the other was half empty. Also coffee machine was not working and it was noted to make americano but it was very watery and they wouldn’t provide a caffietere or pot of tea which they used to. Service at this point was disappointing as they noted they didn’t want to make the coffee. "

"Had a lovely short break at the Cottage Inn, excellent location within walking distance of Craster and in a central position on the Northumberland Coast. Good base for anyone travelling in the area. The hotel has a real "pub feel" to it which we enjoyed as the locals were in the bar each evening which made a good atmosphere. Will certainly return"

"Had another lovely stay with my Bedlington terrier Squirrel. In room 10. Wonderful beds and roll top baths. A gorgeous evening meal & tasty breakfast. Will be back. "
