The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with recommendations for places to visit as well as basic getting around advice. We are Americans so it may be different for different people, we like to sleep a little bit on the cool side and the AC does not get the upstairs where the bed is very cool at all. They did have a fan for upstairs and we ran it, and their is a window to open as well, we tried all combinations and it never got the comfortable temp for us on sleeping.
