"Property was nice, clean, easy access to many places. Huge back yard, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for us. It was winter, so we did not utilize the screen porch or the deck so much, this would be a great place for summer visits. Overall, not a bad choice if you want a place to stay in Easthampton. "

"I booked this for my elderly Mom and her adult granddaughter who were in town for the holidays and also awaiting a January 1 move in to a new apartment. Fidelis was attentive, kind, and responded quickly to any issues in the property. The place itself was truly like home away from home and convenient to stores, shopping and public transportation. "The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"We loved everything about this home! It fit us perfectly and we would love to rent it again!"

"This is a nice property and the downstairs to a duplex. They provided snacks and plenty of bottled water. Blankets, shampoo, and soap were also onsite. The hosts are responsive, and communicative. It is a quiet area, but if there is someone staying upstairs you will hear walking above you. Overall a great place to stay if you're in the area!"

"Serene and peaceful, this weekend getaway was so good for the soul. The horses and donkeys in the lower level of the barn each had their own unique personalities that enhanced the festivities. Walking around the property accompanied by three happy dogs while hearing the goats bleating and the chickens crowing in the background only added to the quiet winter magic. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts. "

"The property was lovely. The house was adorable when you walk inside. The view of the river was amazing. The house had everything you need for a short getaway. The only recommendation is to add that the train tracks are right by the house. We got in late and it was dark the first night. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking a truck was coming through the wall. "

"Ed is a fantastic host and provides a warm, welcoming and delightful home. There was more than enough space for our family (a couple, a teen and a tween). Our only disappointment is that we visited when it was below-freezing so we didn’t take advantage of the sizable deck, gazebo, and woodland trails behind the property. The home was super comfortable with very modern and upgraded bathrooms.It’s less than :10 to get into downtown Simsbury. "
