Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again."

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"The owner is super communicative and the setup is perfect for a short stay, economical and organized. "

"The property is fine -- no kitchen (microwave and mini-fridge only) -- but I didn't want/need a kitchen so that was just fine for me. It had a lock box which was difficult to operate and I ended up locking my key in the unit. "

"Asha's accommodations were perfect for a quick visit to Seattle. The space was clean, there were enough amenities for food & bev without a full kitchen, nice toiletries available for use, and plenty of towels to use for the shower and hot tub. Ty for a wonderful stay!"

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "Our stay at the high point guest house was very nice. The house was clean, neat and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were traveling with an elderly family member the only issue was the steep driveway in the rain. "

"No AC, room gets hot, plus they make a big deal if u have someone stay to visit. My cousin stayed to have some drinks with me and I guess that was breaking a rule. Worse place I have ever stayed at will not stay again there. "
