"It is a single house converted to small hotel. No staff. Everything is very old but clean. Only a window AC unit for heating and works very slow. You need to figure out how to use it. It shuts off during the day and your room temperature is 56F when you are back at evening. It is very uncomfortable in Seattle wet, windy and cold later fall. "

"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable."

"This is a lovely home very carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. The owners are available by text to help if you have an issue (we did not but they promptly welcomed us when we told them we had arrived and told us to feel free to contact them anytime). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and both panoramic windows and a deck to enjoy them. We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. All four of us were very happy!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly "

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"
