"Just to clarify some items that where not in listing. Place is above garage, but only access through alley. Parking is on the street, so walk to alley way. Which wasn't an issue for me. The bathroom fan comes on 5 seconds after you flip the switch. The living room is colder then the bedroom. I had the bedroom at 68*f, and living room was at 70*f.
