"Nice spot to get away, still had all major shopping areas available. Only issue was no water pressure in the kitchen. But overall nice clean and well kept place."

"Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. "My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...

"The carriage house far exceeded our expectations. The home was even lovelier than the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was even an extra pillow top cover for the fold out couch, making it very nice to sleep on (a previous review mentioned it being uncomfortable and it sounds like the owners made this change). "Enjoyed our time at this property. It is really nice and quaint inside however the outside and areas surrounding are a bit run down. The parking is very expensive and the space is very limited so that is the downside. However, they wonderfully decorated our Kasa with birthday things since we were celebrating and I thought that was a very sweet touch. I would stay again but I definitely would not bring my car with me next time. Maybe they could also fix the walkways since they are a bit rough to...
