"Check in was quick, friendly, and efficient. The hotel was comfortable and the room spacious and clean . However we put our dirty towel and wash cloth outside door so that when house keeping came around they would pick up and leave fresh ones in its place. What happened was they put the dirty towels back inside our room and didn't leave clean ones in its place. HORRIBLE!"

"Lady at checking was very rude. Not just to me but others while I waited to check in and when we went in to ask questions. They shorted us one day. Made reservations but they were closed on day of check in so we came in next day. But they had us checkout the original reservation checkout even though I had to pay for a week. Also shower was dripping at checkin and I told them but was never fixed. Bathroom was like a sauna due to hot water dripping for 6 days straight. Started having...

"Our group enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and had plenty of room. My main complaint comes from the listing. It was listed as two connecting rooms, which we did not receive. Our rooms were on two separate floors. The listing does say parking on site, but fails to mention it is valet only at the cost of $50 a night. While the stay itself was nice, we were disappointed in the inaccuracy of the listing."

"It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
