"This was a perfect house for our large group of kids and adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for a week of cooking and hanging out. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The location is close to everything, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood near a local park and amenities. The only issue we ran into is that the main kids bedroom is attached to the master suite (so there is a lot of walking through), and the beds listed as queens are really full size. Just something to make note of! "

We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. Location was perfect, away from touristy hustle and bustle, walking distance to wonderful trailhead. Breathtaking views and sunsets from the grounds. Neighbors and locals all lovely and generous with their time. We recommend Chocolatree and Tortas de Fuego restaurants and Vortex Cafe for smoothies. My 9 year daughter wanted to stay till June.
