Stayed two nights and found that the rooms are only serviced every other day, which is fine as far as cleaning the room or making the bed is concerned, but it would have been nice if they had emptied the trash and replenished the toilet paper daily. Could use a few more towels in the room and mysteriously (for the hosts and the guests), water supply was shut off without warning at 8 a.m. and lasted for several hours. Fortunately, we were headed out for the day. "

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning.
