"I have visited Ireland over 40 times over the last 50 years. I have stayed at hotels, B&Bs, and have rented houses from Fanah Head to Mizen Head. This Ceim House in the Black Valley is the absolute best! The hostess/owner, Agnes, could not do more to make every second of our stay quite memorable. In short, if you want to combine a once in a lifetime experience that combines the magic of the Irish countryside with the warmth of the Irish people, book a week at the Ceim House!"

"We had a fantastic time at Winchmore Hill House. We had 2 families and the house was the perfect size for our large group - not too small and not too big. The large group would usually congregate in the kitchen/dining area which worked great especailly w/ the easy access to the patio. We visited many towns on our daily tours but were glad that we picked Kenmare as our base as again it was the perfect Goldilocks fit small and quaint but still plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from."

"Herlihy’s Halfway House is the perfect little place for all your adventures in County Kerry. Host Marie’s delightful former family pub is a fantastic setting to come back to after a visit to Tralee, Killarney or a trip around the spectacular Ring of Kerry. Marie is simply the best host, making us so welcome, and her knowledge of the local community, culture and best spots is remarkable. We’ve loved our visit and will be back soon."

"We stayed in this home for two weeks with the desire to have a location that allowed us to take many day trips. It was the perfect spot and we loved having a quiet place to stay. "This hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel so special. We had dinner at Monks and it was so delicious! We were able to walk to Muckross which was super convenient and the scenery around the hotel was wonderful. We will absolutely stay here again!"
