Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!"

"Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. "I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "

No check in information/instructions provide. No reception. Bathroom was fairly modern but shower was leaking and floor peeling off. Very bad stench as water backed up in sink and drain blocked.
