"The property manager ensured that booking and check in went smoothly. If you're looking for a 5 star resort or party house, this is NOT the location for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway on the north shore of Long Island, within walking distance to the beach with your small family, including pet, check it out. "The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."
