"Super happy with the room and hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed, the bed was awful. My husband and I took an extended date night and neither of us slept well. I was actually really surprised. I figured everything else was great but to have a bad bed in such a nice room was a total letdown. "

"Pool was closed and this is actually the Best Western! Even the front desk guy was confused when I asked for the West Valley Inn. The rooms were actually decent and seem recently remodeled."

"The bed was clean and super comfortable, but upon looking around the walls and baseboards need cleaned....there were yellow stains on the walls in the bathrooms so that was a concern....also the light switch covers were dirty....but I was super happy with how quiet it was. No drama, no trauma....very quiet and comfortable....slept great!!!!"
