Owner was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. Wilton was a great spot to stay, situated btw Sunday River and Sugarloaf where we skied. "Great accommodations from Chip and Kathy. In addition, they live nearby which is great in case anything pops up. Wood stove was already on when we arrived which was warm and cozy. House is right off of Rt 27 with about a 30 minute ride to the Sugarloaf base lodge. Will definitely stay there again."

The views and water are incomparable and the cabin itself has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic charm. "This was an amazing house-spacious and well set up for families with young or older kids. The downstairs has a large play area for kids and the upstairs dining room and living room are perfect for the whole family. The location was great-close to Colby College and its ski areas, as we were visiting for ski races. The lake views are amazing and we were able to cross country ski on the lake.
