"Great trip we stayed here while in town for HorrorHound which was essentially down the street at The Sharonville convention center Great choice the Staff was amazing Particularly the dining staff Always a smile never have to ask for anything The 3 free cocktails and dinner which was delicious plus popcorn and 24 hour hot tea were amazing perks My only complaint is the pillows Both Me & My sister left with super stiff necks due to how uncomfortable the pillows were but other than that the stay...

"Not enough staff at the front to help all customers . Only had one poor woman running the desk/phones, bar, and kitchen. She couldn't keep up and it's not her fault at all. Hotel should've scheduled more staff"

"We loved our stay! But a small complaint I had before getting to the property was that they tried to charge my card before getting there. In all my stays I like to pay at the property, I make sure to check that off with Expedia. Never have I had a property try that before, nothing too big but just thought I'd mention it. "The staff at this hotel is amazing!! The added benefit of the evening reception with food and drinks in addition to the amazing breakfast allowed for a time for our family to eat together, save on the cost of our overall trip, and simply enjoy our time together. "We stayed one night here and it was super comforting!! Felt like a home. The upstairs TV room was very relaxing for us after a long day of traveling. Property managers were super quick to respond with any questions I had and made everything so easy for us!! I was skeptical staying in a duplex, but this place was so wonderful and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in town!!"
