We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. "This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. "The apartment was beautiful. Had a nice layout. Very relaxing and comfortable. Only downfall if any is that there's 38 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Be disabled made it a bit of a hard time too walk up and down the stairs. And it's not really marked for where you are staying, so it made it a little hard to find. There's no address on the building. So I contacted Jeff and he told me where it was. Plus make note that there's only one parking space allotted for the apartment. Definitely...

"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "

"Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "

"Went to Dayton to visit my kids at UD. Cozy corner was so close to campus ~1 mile . Place was clean, fully equipped and outfitted with spices and coffee. Close to restaurants in Oregon district. Talk to host who came over to meet me and show where parking was (back entry to Vrbo)"
